How much does a question cost?
Each mentor sets their own prices. Most written questions land around $10. Mock interviews and resume reviews range from $150–$400 depending on the mentor.
How long do answers take?
Each mentor publishes their own turnaround. The default is 48 hours for written questions. If they miss the deadline, you get a full automatic refund.
Can the mentor figure out who I am?
No. AskMomo shows them an anonymous handle and the contents of your question. We do not share your name, email, LinkedIn, or firm.
What if I don't like the answer?
If the mentor's answer was clearly off-topic or low effort, contact support within 48 hours and we'll refund you and investigate.
How are mentors paid?
Through Stripe Connect once you've received and accepted the answer (or 72 hours after delivery, whichever comes first). AskMomo takes a platform fee that's already baked into the listed price.
